Delivery
We use Australia Air Express for all deliveries in Sydney. An signature for the person who purchased the product is required. If the product has to be returned to us due to the customer not being available the cost of return delivery will be charged to the customer. If you are unsure about delivery costs or conditions please send us an email with your question and one of our staff will get back to you promptly. Delivery Question

Payments take 24-48hrs to clear, products will not be releaseed until payments are processed and cleared.

Off-Peak delivery (please email us for prices on express) will take between 3-7 days in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and some NSW, VIC & QLD country areas. This is not guaranteed and delivery could be a little longer
